First version of Kalakalappu was released 2012, after successfully ran in kollywood with lot of fun and also well reached to kollywood fans. Sources says that second version of the movie Kalakalappu 2 shooting wrapped up. Directed by Sundar C, Compare than first version similar changes done by director Sundar C , such as Jeeva, Catherine Teresa, Nikki Galrani added new additions and Shiva lead the same role.

Then Sources says that Kalakalappu 2 satellite rights bagged by Sun Pictures and movie will be hit the screens on January 2018. Music composed by Hip Hop Tamizha Aadhi.
